Feedback and complaints
Tell us when something has gone wrong.
We take concerns seriously and aim to resolve them fairly, respectfully and without affecting the way a genuine enquiry is considered.
How to complain
Email info@irokoeducationpartners.com with the subject line “Formal complaint”. Include your name, contact details, what happened, relevant dates, anyone involved, supporting evidence and the outcome you are seeking. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
- We aim to acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- A person with appropriate independence will review the available records and may ask for clarification.
- We aim to provide a written outcome within 20 working days. If more time is reasonably needed, we will explain why and provide an updated date.
- If you remain dissatisfied, reply within 15 working days and explain which part of the outcome you would like reviewed.
Other routes
If the concern is about an institution or another service provider, its own complaints process may apply. We can help identify the correct contact but cannot decide a third party's complaint.
For a concern about how we have handled personal information, contact us first and see our privacy notice. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Records and fair treatment
We keep proportionate complaint records for service improvement, legal obligations and dispute management. Raising a genuine concern will not lead to unfair treatment.
