How to choose
Start with the constraint that matters most.
No destination is best for everyone. Course fit, total cost, entry requirements and current government rules must be considered together.
CostIf cost is the main constraint
Explore selected public-university routes in continental Europe first. France and Italy can offer lower public tuition and a growing number of English-taught programmes. The trade-off is that systems, language expectations and graduate routes vary by country.
FamiliarityIf you want the most established route
The UK offers wide course choice, a large Nigerian student community and qualifications familiar to many employers. The trade-off is generally higher cost and detailed financial and application evidence.
AlternativeIf you want a smaller market
New Zealand and Ireland are worth comparing with the UK. A smaller applicant market is not a guarantee of admission: academic fit, finances, credibility and institution requirements still decide the strength of an application.
